Life at telecrm

The people who build it
believe in it.

telecrm is built by a team that genuinely cares about what Indian sales teams go through every day. Here's what working here actually looks like — the culture, the team, and what we value.

Four teams.
One mission.

Teams at telecrm

Every team at telecrm exists to serve one end: helping Indian sales teams sell better. Here's how we're organised — and what each team actually does.

Customer Success

The heartbeat of telecrm. CS is responsible for onboarding every new customer, running their WhatsApp support group, answering queries in real time, conducting review sessions, and ensuring that every business on the platform is getting real value. CS is why our retention is high and why customers trust us enough to refer others. They are not a helpdesk — they are implementation partners.

Technology

The team that builds and maintains the platform. Engineering owns the backend infrastructure that handles 60 lakh+ leads, 1 crore+ calls, and 9 crore+ automations every month without missing a beat. Product works closely with CS and customers to decide what gets built next. Every sprint, every release, every fix — Technology makes it happen.

Sales

Sales at telecrm is consultative, not transactional. Reps spend their time genuinely understanding a prospect's business before recommending a solution. We don't hard-sell. We show, explain, and let the product do the convincing. The sales team uses telecrm themselves every day — which means they know it better than anyone and can speak to it honestly.

Marketing

A small but high-output team responsible for everything that brings new businesses to telecrm — content, SEO, campaigns, partnerships, and brand. Marketing at telecrm is data-driven and moves fast. The team treats every rupee of spend as their own money and every piece of content as a chance to build genuine trust with the audience.

No unnecessary process.
Just work that matters.

How we work

We have deliberately kept our processes lean. As a small team with a large product surface, we can't afford to spend time in meetings explaining what we should be building. Here's how we actually operate.

Customer feedback in the room

Product decisions are made with real customer context — not assumptions. CS shares feedback constantly. Engineers are encouraged to read support tickets. Product managers talk to customers directly.

Outcomes over hours

We don't track hours — we track outcomes. Everyone knows what they own and what success looks like. If you're getting results, no one is asking what time you got in.

Short, focused meetings

If a meeting happens, it has a clear agenda and a defined outcome. We don't do status updates in meetings — those happen through async communication. If something can be resolved without a meeting, it will be. Meetings are reserved for decisions, alignment, or working through genuinely complex problems together.

Frequent releases

We ship often. Small improvements land every week. We'd rather put something useful in the hands of customers early and iterate than perfect it in isolation for months.

Learning is part of the job

The Indian SaaS market moves fast and so do we. Team members are encouraged to share what they're learning. Knowledge doesn't sit in silos here — if you figure something out, you share it.

In their own words.

How we hire

We respect your time. Our hiring process is designed to be fast, transparent, and fair — you'll always know where you stand and what comes next.

1
Application review

We review every application ourselves — no ATS black holes. If your background fits what we're looking for, you'll hear from us within 3–5 working days. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.

2
Psychometric assessment

Before we meet, we ask you to complete a short psychometric assessment. This helps us understand how you think, how you handle pressure, and what kind of work environment brings out your best. There are no right or wrong answers — we use the results to have a more honest conversation about fit, not to filter people out. It takes around 15–20 minutes and can be done at your own pace.

4
Introductory call — 30 minutes

A conversation with the hiring manager. We want to understand your background, what you're looking for, and why telecrm. You'll have time to ask us anything. No trick questions — we just want to get to know you.

3
Role-specific assessment

Depending on the role, this may be a take-home task, a live problem-solving session, or a practical exercise. We try to make it relevant to actual work you'd do here — not abstract puzzles. It's also time-boxed and we respect that.

5
Assessment discussion

After you've completed the assessment, we schedule a short call to walk through it together. We're not just looking at whether you got it right — we want to understand how you think, how you approach problems, and how you'd explain your reasoning to a teammate. This is often where we learn the most about a candidate.

6
Final interview

A deeper conversation — usually with a founder or senior team member. We're assessing fit on both sides. You should be evaluating whether telecrm is right for you just as much as we're evaluating whether you're right for us.

Offer & onboarding

If we're a match, we move fast. Offers are made promptly, onboarding is structured, and your first week is set up so you hit the ground running — not lost in paperwork. Within a few weeks, you'll be owning something real.

We're growing.
Come build with us.

Open roles

We're always looking for people who care deeply about helping Indian businesses grow. Whether you're in customer success, engineering, sales, or marketing — if you're driven, curious, and take ownership seriously, we want to hear from you.
