FAQ
Your questions, answered.
What is telecrm and who is it built for?
telecrm is a Comprehensive Revenue Management Engine built for Indian sales teams. It fuses Lead Management, Call Management, WhatsApp, Automation, and Reporting into one mobile-first platform. It is built for businesses that sell over the phone and WhatsApp — real estate, education, healthcare, BFSI, automobile, travel, digital marketing, recruitment, services, manufacturing, start-ups, and more.
How long does it take to get started?
Most teams are up and running within a day. The setup is guided — you don't need a technical team or months of configuration. You can book a demo and our team will walk you through the setup for your specific business.
Is telecrm available on mobile?
Yes. telecrm is built mobile-first for Android. Reps can make calls, log activity, manage leads, send WhatsApp messages, check in at client locations with GPS, and view their pipeline — all from their phone. A web interface is also available for managers and desktop users.
Can I try telecrm before committing?
Yes. You can request a free demo and our team will show you exactly how telecrm works for your business — your industry, your team size, your lead sources. No commitment required.
What team sizes does telecrm work for?
telecrm works for teams of all sizes — from a 3-person start-up to enterprises with hundreds of reps across multiple cities and teams. The platform scales without re-implementation as you grow. See how it works for start-ups and enterprise teams.
Does telecrm save money compared to running multiple tools?
Yes — significantly. Businesses switching to telecrm from a stack of separate tools typically eliminate spend on standalone dialers, WhatsApp platforms, lead management tools, reporting dashboards and field tracking apps. telecrm consolidates all of these into one platform. See the full breakdown on the Cost Savings page.
How is telecrm priced?
telecrm is priced per user per month. Plans are available on monthly, quarterly, and annual billing. Annual plans offer the best value. Visit the Pricing page for current plan details.
Is there a free plan?
telecrm does not offer a free plan, but we do offer a free demo so you can see the full product before committing. Book your demo here.
What is the refund policy?
For quarterly and annual plans, we offer a full refund within the first 15 days if we are unable to deliver the promised services. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Read our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I add or remove users during my subscription?
Yes. You can add users at any time during your subscription. Pricing for additional users is prorated based on your current plan. Contact our support team to adjust your user count.
Does telecrm offer a partner or reseller program?
Yes. telecrm offers a partner program where you earn 10% recurring commission on every subscription you refer. There are no targets, no upfront costs and no limit on earnings. Learn more on the Partner Program page.
How much can a business save by switching to telecrm?
Businesses consolidating multiple tools into telecrm typically save on dialer subscriptions, WhatsApp platform fees, separate CRM costs, reporting tools and field tracking apps. The exact saving depends on your current stack. See a detailed breakdown on the Cost Savings page.
What are the core features of telecrm?
telecrm includes: Lead Management (custom fields, stages, labels, lists, pipelines), Call Management (1-click dialling, auto recording, campaigns), WhatsApp (Chat Sync, automated messages, drip sequences), Automations (stage triggers, lead assignment, multi-action workflows), and Reporting (live leaderboards, funnel analytics, call breakdowns). See the full Features list here.
Does telecrm support automation?
Yes — automation is a core part of telecrm. You can automate lead assignment, stage triggers, WhatsApp follow-ups, drip campaigns, and cross-pipeline handoffs. Over 9 crore automations are executed on the platform every month. See the Automations page for details.
What integrations does telecrm support?
telecrm integrates with Facebook Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms, IndiaMART, JustDial, 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, CarDekho, and more. It also supports Zapier, webhooks, and a developer API for custom integrations. See all integrations on the Integrations page.
Can I customise lead stages and fields?
Yes. telecrm supports fully custom lead stages, custom fields (text, numbers, dropdowns, dates, and more), and custom labels and lists. You can model your exact sales process without compromise. See Lead Stages, Lead Fields and Lists & Labels for details.
Does telecrm support multiple pipelines?
Yes. You can create multiple pipelines for different products, teams, or geographies. Leads can be automatically moved between pipelines based on stage or trigger rules. This is particularly useful for enterprises with multiple sales verticals or businesses that have separate pre-sale and post-sale pipelines.
Does telecrm support GPS field tracking?
Yes. Field reps can check in at client locations with GPS verification and optional photo capture. Managers see live field activity — which reps are active, which locations have been visited and how long reps spent at each location — without relying on verbal updates. This is widely used by manufacturing, BFSI and automobile field sales teams.
What is WhatsApp Chat Sync?
WhatsApp Chat Sync automatically logs all WhatsApp conversations between your reps and leads directly into the lead record in telecrm. Every message sent and received is captured — so the full conversation history is visible to managers and the whole team, and is not lost when a rep leaves or changes phone.
What reporting does telecrm offer managers?
Managers get live leaderboards, call breakdown reports by rep and time, funnel analytics, hourly activity tracking, field visit summaries and custom dashboards — all in real time. No manual report compilation needed. See Reporting for details.
Which industries does telecrm work for?

Yes. telecrm gives recruitment agencies separate pipelines for candidates and clients, automated follow-up on both sides, placement milestone tracking and WhatsApp Chat Sync to keep all candidate and client communication centralised. See the Recruitment CRM page.
Is telecrm suitable for start-ups?
Yes. telecrm sets up fast, works for teams of 3 and scales to 300 without a platform migration. Start-ups use it to build their sales process from day one, manage investor relationships alongside customer pipelines and let a small team compete with a much larger one through automation. See the Start Ups CRM page.
What types of CRM does telecrm support?
telecrm covers every major CRM type — Calling CRM, WhatsApp CRM, Mobile CRM, AI CRM, Collaborative CRM, Operational CRM, Analytical CRM, General CRM and more. Each type is configured to the needs of businesses that use that approach to manage their sales. See the CRM by Type page.
What is a Calling CRM and does telecrm support it?
A Calling CRM is built around phone-based sales — 1-click dialling, automatic call recording, call logging and campaign management. telecrm is one of the strongest calling CRMs available for Indian sales teams, with over 1 crore calls logged monthly. See the Calling CRM page.
What is a WhatsApp CRM and does telecrm support it?
A WhatsApp CRM connects WhatsApp communication directly to the lead record — logging every message, enabling automated follow-up sequences and giving managers visibility into every conversation. telecrm's WhatsApp Chat Sync and WhatsApp automation make it a full-featured WhatsApp CRM. See the WhatsApp CRM page.
Is telecrm a Mobile CRM?
Yes. telecrm is built mobile-first — the Android app is where most reps spend their time. Field teams can log visits, make calls, send WhatsApp messages, update lead stages and check in with GPS — entirely from their phone without needing desktop access. See the Mobile CRM page.
Does telecrm support AI features?
Yes. telecrm includes AI call summaries — automatically generated summaries of every call recording that give managers key insights without listening to every call in full. Additional AI capabilities power lead scoring, follow-up recommendations and pattern recognition across the pipeline. See the AI CRM page.
Which team types does telecrm support?
telecrm is configured for six team types — Sales, Inside Sales, Remote, Field, Service and Enterprise. Each has specific capabilities tuned to how that team works. See the CRM Hub to find the right fit for your team.
How does telecrm support field sales teams?
Field teams use telecrm's GPS check-in to verify client visits, log structured visit notes on mobile, manage their lead pipeline between meetings and communicate with clients via WhatsApp — all without desktop access. Managers see live field activity and visit history. See the Field Teams page.
How does telecrm support inside sales teams?
Inside sales teams use telecrm for high-volume outbound calling, automatic call recording, WhatsApp follow-up automation, calling campaigns and performance leaderboards. The platform is built for teams that sell entirely over the phone and WhatsApp. See the Inside Sales page.
Does telecrm support remote teams?
Yes. Remote teams get the same pipeline, call recording, WhatsApp integration and performance dashboards as office-based teams — with no dependency on physical infrastructure. Managers have full visibility into remote rep activity without needing to be in the same location. See the Remote Teams page.
Does telecrm support enterprise businesses with multiple teams?
Yes. telecrm supports multi-team workspaces with shadow hierarchy — giving senior leadership visibility across all teams without disrupting team-level management structures. Separate workspaces can be created per city, region, product or vertical. Each team has role-based access to its own data. See the Enterprise Teams page.
How does telecrm support service teams?
Service teams use telecrm for ticket tracking, complaint management, escalation workflows, SLA monitoring and post-service follow-up. Managers get visibility into ticket volumes, resolution times and customer satisfaction — so service quality can be managed proactively rather than reactively. See the Service Teams page.
Does telecrm support automatic call recording?
Yes. Every call made or received through telecrm is recorded and stored against the lead automatically. No manual action required from the rep. This requires a compatible Android device with a manufacturer dialer — not the Google Dialer.
Does call recording work on iPhones?
No. Auto call recording is not available on iPhones due to iOS restrictions. It is only available on compatible Android devices — specifically those with a manufacturer dialer and native auto-recording support, typically found in Indian brands and select Samsung models.
What is the difference between the manufacturer dialer and the Google Dialer?
The manufacturer dialer is the default phone app built by the device maker (e.g. Samsung's Phone app). The Google Dialer is a separate app pre-installed on some Android phones. The Google Dialer does not support auto call recording — so telecrm requires the manufacturer dialer to be the default.
Does telecrm log calls automatically?
Yes. Every inbound and outbound call is automatically logged against the relevant lead — duration, timestamp, recording and outcome — without the rep doing anything manually. Over 1 crore calls are logged on the platform every month.
Can managers listen to call recordings?
Yes. Managers can access and listen to recordings from the lead's activity timeline or the reporting dashboard. AI call summaries are also available — giving managers key insights from every call without listening to each recording in full.
What are calling campaigns and how do they work?
Calling campaigns let managers assign batches of leads to reps with defined follow-up sequences and call targets. Reps work through their assigned list systematically — making calls, logging outcomes and triggering next actions — without manually deciding who to call next. Useful for outbound prospecting, re-engagement drives and peak-season follow-up. See the Calling Campaigns page.
Does telecrm integrate with WhatsApp?
Yes. telecrm has deep WhatsApp integration — every message sent and received is automatically logged against the lead via WhatsApp Chat Sync. You can also send templated messages, run drip sequences, and trigger WhatsApp automations based on lead stage or action. Over 1 crore WhatsApp messages are sent through telecrm every month.
What is WhatsApp Chat Sync and how does it work?
WhatsApp Chat Sync automatically captures and stores every WhatsApp conversation between your reps and their leads inside telecrm — against the correct lead record. Managers can see the full conversation history for any lead without the rep forwarding screenshots. When a rep leaves, all their WhatsApp conversations remain in the system. See the WhatsApp features page.
Can telecrm send automatic WhatsApp messages?
Yes. telecrm can automatically send WhatsApp messages when a lead reaches a certain stage, after a call, on a scheduled drip, or based on any custom trigger. Messages can be personalised with the lead's name, enquiry details, or any custom field value.
Does telecrm work with WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. telecrm supports WhatsApp Business API for enterprise-grade messaging — including bulk messaging, template-based campaigns, and two-way conversation management. Contact our team for setup assistance.
Which Android phones work best with telecrm?
Recommended Samsung models include: M14, M34, F34, A05s, A12, A15, A14, and M30. These are tested and verified for full compatibility including auto call recording. See the full Recommended Devices page.
What are the minimum device specifications?
Minimum requirements: 4 GB RAM, 64 GB internal storage, Android 9 or above. The device must use a manufacturer dialer and support native auto call recording.
Why doesn't telecrm support the Google Dialer?
The Google Dialer does not provide access to call recordings at the system level. This is a Google platform restriction — not a telecrm limitation. Manufacturer dialers on Indian Android brands provide the system-level access telecrm needs to capture and store call recordings automatically.
Does telecrm work on tablets or desktops?
telecrm has a full web interface accessible from any browser on desktop or tablet. Managers typically use the web app for reporting and pipeline oversight, while reps use the Android app for calls and daily activity.

What happens immediately after I sign up?
A dedicated WhatsApp group is created for your account immediately. Your implementation manager, account manager and tech team are all added. This becomes your primary support channel from day one.
What happens on the onboarding Zoom call?
Our team learns your complete business flow — how leads come in, how follow-up works, what your funnel stages look like, what pipelines you run and what automations would save the most time. We then configure telecrm accordingly — pipelines, stages, automations and integrations are all set up during or directly after this call.
Will telecrm set up my integrations for me?
Yes. During onboarding, the tech team connects your lead sources — Facebook Lead Ads, your website, Instagram, IndiaMART, portal APIs and others — so leads flow into telecrm automatically from day one.
How long does the onboarding process take?
The full onboarding runs over 4 steps: WhatsApp group creation (day one) → business setup Zoom call (first few days) → 7–14 day guided usage period → review and optimisation session. Most teams are fully operational within 2–3 weeks. See the full Onboarding page.
Is support available after onboarding is complete?
Yes. The WhatsApp group stays active and the customer success team remains available beyond onboarding — via WhatsApp, phone and Zoom. telecrm has a team of 30+ associates available to support you as your business grows.
