Features · Calling Campaign Management

Evolve from manual processes.
Run structured calling campaigns.

A campaign is a focused calling list assigned to your team — with progress tracking, attempt reporting, and a Next button that keeps reps moving. No more spread sheets, no more manual dialling decisions.

01 — Create Calling Campaigns

A unique calling list for every target.
Built in seconds.

A campaign is a named, targeted calling list — the telecrm equivalent of the target spread sheet you used to hand to your caller, but structured, trackable, and built directly from your lead database. Create one from any filter, any import, or any integration.

From any lead set.

Build a campaign from a saved filter or SMART filter, a bulk import from Excel, a CRM integration, or any combination — available at every touch point where leads enter telecrm.

Temporary or target-based.

Assign campaigns for a time window (this week's follow-ups) or a target (close 20 leads by Friday). The purpose defines the campaign; telecrm tracks the rest.

Priority and urgency controls.

Set urgency and priority for any campaign — reps see which campaigns to work first, managers see which are critical, all without a separate coordination tool.

Available everywhere leads exist.

Campaigns are a first-class action at every import, filter, and integration endpoint — not a separate module to navigate to.

02 — Assign Leads to Campaigns

New. Active.
Always know where each lead stands.

Every lead in a campaign starts in the New section — not yet called. The moment a rep initiates any call, that lead moves automatically to Active. This simple two-state system gives callers instant clarity on what they've worked and what's still waiting.

New section — not yet approached.

All freshly assigned leads land here. Reps open a lead, initiate a call, and the lead moves — regardless of whether the call connected or not.

Active section — already approached.

Once any call is initiated — connected, unanswered, or skipped — the lead moves to Active. Reps can bifurcate their work without manual tagging.

Next button — no manual navigation.

After completing a call and updating status, the Next button auto-opens the following lead in the queue. No searching, no scrolling, no wasted time between calls.

Skip warning and accountability.

If a rep hits Next without calling, telecrm flags it as a skip. Skipped leads appear in the campaign report — managers can create a follow-up campaign from skipped leads.

Progress bar — popular for a reason.

Reps love seeing campaign completion move. The live progress bar is one of the most-cited reasons callers prefer campaigns over free-dial calling.

03 — Campaign Performance Tracking

Detailed reports.
Complete campaign visibility.

The campaign dashboard gives managers a real-time read on every campaign in progress — who's been assigned what, how many leads have been attempted, where leads stand in the pipeline, and what's blocking conversions.

Campaign assignee report. How many leads are assigned to each rep in the campaign — and whether they've started working them. Leads per rep Ahmed K. 70 Subu R. 184 Preethi R. 42

Campaign calling report. Total leads attempted, connected calls, pending leads, and skipped leads — the four numbers that define campaign execution quality. 184 leads Connected 117 Pending 42 Unanswered 18 Skipped 7

Lead status report. What stage are the leads in this campaign? How many are Interested, Negotiating, Won, or Lost — a real-time pipeline view scoped to the campaign. Stage breakdown Interested 38% Negotiating 16% Won 11% Not interested 19% New 16%

Lost reason report.Every time a lead is marked lost, a reason is captured. The campaign shows a breakdown — so managers know whether it's pricing, timing, or competition killing the deal. Lost reasons Pricing 40% Budget 25% Timing 20% Competition 15%

35%

Call status report. For every unanswered call, the rep marks the status — busy, switched off, out of coverage, will call back. Aggregated here for the full campaign. Unanswered call reasons Busy 35% Call back 28% Switched off 22% No coverage 15%

04 — Attempt Tracking

Connected. Unanswered. Pending. Skipped.
Every call accounted for.

The campaign calling report tracks every attempt made against every lead — how many times a rep tried, whether the call connected, and what happened to calls that didn't. Nothing slips through untracked.

Connected calls tracked automatically.

Every connected call is recorded and attributed to the campaign — duration, outcome, and rep — with no manual entry required.

Unanswered call status.

For every call that doesn't connect, the rep marks the reason — busy, switched off, out of coverage, asked to call back. All aggregated in the call status report.

Skip detection and reporting.

Clicking Next without calling flags the lead as skipped in the campaign report. Managers can instantly see which reps are skipping leads and create a new campaign from the skipped set.

Per-lead attempt timeline.

See how many times a lead has been attempted, when, and with what outcome — a colour-coded dot sequence that gives managers instant read on rep effort.

05 — Follow-up Automation Within Campaigns

Campaign ends.
Follow-up starts automatically.

The best campaigns don't stop at the first call. telecrm lets you define what happens after each call outcome — a WhatsApp message sent automatically, a task created for the rep, or a new follow-up campaign launched from unanswered and skipped leads.

Post-call WhatsApp triggered automatically.

When a rep marks a call as Interested or Proposal Sent, a personalised WhatsApp message fires automatically — no rep action required, no delay.

Task creation on call completion.

After each call in the campaign, reps can create a follow-up task — call back in 2 days, send quote today — that ties back to the lead and the campaign.

New campaign from lost or skipped leads.

Managers can filter the campaign's skipped, unanswered, or lost leads and spin up a second campaign — assigned to a different rep or scheduled for a different time slot.

Remark and status update mid-call.

Reps can add a remark, update the lead stage, and send a WhatsApp — all from the active call screen — before clicking Next to move to the following lead.

06 — Team-wise Campaign Allocation

Every rep has
their own campaign focus.

Campaigns can be assigned to individual reps, to groups, or to your entire team — each person gets their own focused calling list. Managers see campaign progress per rep and can rebalance allocation mid-campaign without disruption.

07 — Priority-based Calling Queues

Hot leads first.
Always.

Not all leads in a campaign are equal. telecrm lets managers set urgency and priority at the campaign level — so high-value, time-sensitive leads always surface at the top of the rep's calling queue, and nothing critical gets buried under a generic list.

Campaign-level urgency setting.

Set a campaign as High, Medium, or Normal urgency — reps see the urgency flag and prioritise which campaign to work when they have multiple active.

Lead-level priority within campaigns.

Within a campaign, leads are ordered by priority — Hot Leads and Negotiating leads surface first, new cold leads come after. Reps work the highest-value leads while they're fresh.

Queue order enforced by the Next button.

Reps can't reorder the queue at will — the Next button follows the priority sequence set by the manager, keeping execution disciplined.

Manager adjusts mid-campaign.

Priority can be updated at any time — when a batch of new hot leads arrives mid-campaign, managers push them to the top without rebuilding the campaign.
