Sell more to customers
who already
said yes.
The hardest part of any sale is earning trust. Your existing customers already gave you that. telecrm uses triggers, drip sequences and timed messages to pitch the right upgrade or cross-sell at exactly the right moment — automatically.
Where the revenue goes missing
The sale was there.
Nobody made it.
Every missed upgrade and every cross-sell that never happened had one thing in common — the right message wasn't sent at the right time.
47 policies due this month. 12 already lapsed. No automated reminder went out.
The renewal date was in the system. Nobody set up a trigger. The customer renewed with whoever called first.
→ Set the renewal date field once. telecrm sends reminders automatically.
Customer on the Starter plan for 6 months. Usage at 94%. No one suggested the upgrade.
The signal was clear. The opportunity was obvious. It needed someone to notice and act — nobody did.
→ Condition-based triggers fire automatically when usage or time thresholds are hit.
Student finished the course. The natural next course exists. Nobody reached out.
The best moment to sell the next course is the day the first one ends — when motivation is highest. That window closes fast.
→ Course completion triggers the cross-sell sequence automatically.
500 renewal dates tracked in a spreadsheet. Three people updating it. Some cells always fall through.
Manual tracking works for 20 customers. At 500, it becomes the thing that keeps slipping — until a customer is gone.
→ telecrm tracks every date field and fires reminders automatically at scale.
Industry-specific drip sequences
One system. Every industry.
Every cross-sell and renewal — automated.
Pick an industry. See the exact sequence — trigger, messages, timing and the condition check before every send.
How it works
Set it up once.
It runs for every customer, automatically.
A date field, a status change *or a completed action starts the sequence.*
The trigger can be anything: a renewal date approaching, a course completed, a plan in use for 6 months, a policy due in 30 days. Set the condition once and every customer who matches it enters the sequence automatically — now and in the future.
Works for any recurring event in any industry.
Different customers. *Different sequences. Same builder.*
Add a condition check before each sequence branch. Real estate leads get a property sequence. Insurance customers get a renewal sequence. EdTech students get a course cross-sell. All built in the same workflow builder, all running simultaneously.
Industry, status, rating, date — any field can be a condition.
Customer converted mid-sequence? *The next message doesn't go out.*
Before every message in the sequence, telecrm re-checks the conditions. If the customer has converted, opted out or changed status, the sequence stops automatically. Only customers who still need the message receive it — no one gets spammed after buying.
Sequences are intelligent, not just scheduled.
Why this matters
Acquiring a new customer costs
5× more than retaining one.
“25% of our sales now come through telecrm. The automated sequences mean our team is in front of the right customer at exactly the right time — without anyone having to remember to follow up. The renewal sequences alone recovered revenue we were consistently losing.”

FAQ
Questions we always get.
Can I build sequences for any industry, or only the ones shown?
Any industry. The sequences shown — Real Estate, BFSI, EdTech — are examples. The workflow builder lets you set any trigger, any condition and any message content. Automobile dealers use it for service reminders and insurance renewal. Travel agencies use it for trip anniversary offers. SaaS companies use it for plan upgrade nudges. If you can define the trigger and segment, you can build the sequence.
What happens if a customer converts partway through a sequence?
The sequence stops automatically. Before every message, telecrm re-checks the conditions you set. If the customer's status has changed — they converted, opted out or were marked Won — the next message doesn't send. This means customers who respond early never receive the remaining messages in the sequence.
How many messages can a drip sequence have?
There's no hard limit. You can build sequences with 2 messages or 10, with delays ranging from minutes to weeks. Most effective sequences have 3–5 messages spaced 24–72 hours apart, but the right length depends entirely on your sales cycle and customer behaviour.
Does the sequence work for customers already in the CRM, or only new ones?
Both. You can trigger sequences based on a new event (lead created, course completed) or on a scheduled date (renewal date approaching, subscription anniversary). Existing customers in the CRM are eligible for date-based triggers immediately once you set the renewal date field.
Do customers need to have WhatsApp for this to work?
The drip sequences use WhatsApp as the delivery channel, so customers need WhatsApp on the number in the CRM. The condition check includes a WhatsApp opt-out filter — customers who have opted out are automatically excluded from every sequence. telecrm also supports SMS as an alternate channel.
